Analysis of factors affecting development dairy goat business in Hamparan Perak District of Deli Serdang Regency North Sumatera Province

Abstract Goat farming become a main business, because goats breed relative quickly and are one of the types livestock that familiar with systems sustainability in rural areas. In province North Sumatra, particular Hamparan Perak sub-district, they have started to cultivate dairy goats. The research aims analyze what factors weaknesses, strengths, opportunities threats influencing thedevelopment goat business District; determine effect breeding factors, cage management, animal feed, maintenance, harvesting on District. type used this is descriptive quantitative.The results showed influenced development sub-district were availability breeds, feed management product marketing; Simultaneously, breeds (X1), (X2), (X3), care (X4) system (X5) an (Y), while partially variables Animal (X3) (X4).
